Hall of Fame quarterback, former great Seahawks, and team broadcaster Warren Moon is being sued for sexual harassment. A woman that worked for a sports marketing firm led by Moon said that she was required to wear a thong and share his bed during business trips.
She further elaborated by saying that Moon grabbed her crotch during a trip to Seattle this year and that her bathing suit was pulled off by the analyst after he slipped a drug into her drink during a separate trip to Mexico in October.
Moon was unavailable for comment and has taken a leave of absence from his radio analyst spot.
This is not the first time that Moon has been in the spotlight for something like this. In 1995 he was accused by a Vikings cheerleader of sexual harassment for offering her cash for sex and was also arrested two months later after his wife told police that he slapped and choked her. He was later acquitted by a jury.
The plaintiff, Wendy Haskell worked for Moon’s Sports 1 Marketing and in her lawsuit says that she was told that she had to comply with the requests if she wanted to keep her job. She was also told that his prior assistant had done the same.
Updates will be provided as they become available.
