For all the games that Derek Carr has won for the Raiders during his time with the team, there is one place where success has eluded the franchise quarterback. Arrowhead Stadium is always a tough place for any team but it has been especially difficult for Carr.
The Raiders quarterback is 0-3 in Kansas City and has not thrown for more than one touchdown in any of those games and has not passed for much more than 200 yards in any of those losses either. In fact, Carr has averaged over 240 yards passing per game in his career. Things may be easier this time around as the Chiefs secondary has been terrible this year and will also miss Marcus Peters who is serving a one-game suspension.
Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas-Review Journal says that getting his first career win in Kansas City tops his bucket list.

Aside from being a big personal accomplishment for Carr, a win in Kansas City this week would go a long way to ensuring that the Raiders win the AFC West and secure a playoff spot. The Raiders control their own playoff destiny and can continue to do so with a win this weekend against their division rivals.
