Amari Cooper back at practice

The Raiders have had their fair share of misfortune this season when it comes to injuries. The team has now lost starting tackle Donald Penn and fellow offensive lineman Jon Feliciano were both placed on injured reserve today. The team has already lost first-round pick Gareon Conley for the season and other key players have been in and out of the lineups due to injuries as well.

The one shred of good news is that after missing last week with an ankle injury, wide receiver Amari Cooper is back and should be ready to play Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Cooper himself said that the ankle “felt all right” but wouldn’t commit to playing Monday night.

Cooper is part of a disappointing season for the Silver and Black. The team is all but eliminated from playoff contention and the offense, Cooper included, have been terribly inconsistent the entire year. After making back-to-back Pro Bowls and reaching 1,000 yards receiving in his first two seasons, the Raiders wideout looks like he will miss out on both milestones in his third season.
