Aaron Rodgers has been making leaps and bounds in his rehab, and he is about to make a big step toward officially coming back on the field. Head coach Mike McCarthy said Rodgers will work out on Friday and depending on how he does, he will come back to practice on Saturday.
“We’re looking tomorrow to potentially practice him in a trial return,” McCarthy said. “We’ll determine that tomorrow … It would be great to have him out there.”
Rodgers threw some deep passes before the Packers played the Pittsburgh Steelers last week. He went on injured reserve on October 20 which means he can play against the Carolina Panthers in Week 15 and he can practice this weekend.
