Rasul Douglas was inactive the first game of the season. He was meant to sit and observe as Ronald Darby balled out.

All of that changed in Week 2. Darby has been sidelined since the game against the Kansas City Chiefs. Douglas had a chance to prove himself and delivered.

He has 18 tackles, nine pass deflections, and two interceptions in eight games.

Out of 116 qualified cornerbacks on Pro Football Focus, Douglas ranks 48th. That’s the second highest of any Eagle on the list.

Now Darby and Jalen Mills are coming back to start at the outside corner spots, so what will happen to Douglas?

That is still in question, but he will most likely go back to special teams.
