“There’s a feeling among some of the players that the Bengals should go off the board and consider bringing in Colin Kaepernick,” Florio wrote.
Florio even went as far to say that there was a “near mutiny” following a 20-0 loss to the Baltimore Ravens and then a 10-9 loss to the Houston Texans on Thursday night.
Dalton threw for zero touchdowns and four interceptions in the first two losses, but he was not the only problem. The offensive line struggled as well.
Kaepernick would be much more mobile than Dalton, but entering this situation might be difficult.
